There is a new trend emerging with big billboard banner ads on popular websites.
I gotta say it looks really refreshing.
And I would love to see the bigger named websites follow the lead of Dictionary.com
I don't think advertising is bad, if I did I don't think I would be doing what I do.
But I do realize that there is a lot of bad advertising out there (Espn.com)
But I have to say Dictionary.com's approach is refreshing, enlightening, and classy.
This approach could be beneficial to advertisers for the exposure, while websites like dictionary.com that where typically not designed at all can benefit from a professional look and feel.
I hope to see more of this in the future.
